EVENTS Terms and Conditions

1.General

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings placed with Wild Box Events (hereinafter known as “WB”) by the customer (hereinafter known as “you”). Through booking WB for your event, you are entering into a legal contract with WB, and confirming that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Terms of Sale

2.1 Through booking WB for your event, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18, able to enter into a binding legal contract with WB, and that all information provided is, to the best of your knowledge, full and accurate. You are also confirming that you are authorised to make a purchase with your elected payment method.

2.2 WB understands that at times there may be changes to your requirements and/ or numbers of guests. WB agrees to accommodate reasonable adjustments up to 30 days prior to your event, and will amend your invoice to reflect these changes where appropriate. Within 30 days of your event, requests for changes or amendments may not be accommodated, and adjustments to invoices will not be made.

4.Payment Terms

4.1 Where a booking fee applies, this is payable on receipt of invoice. The outstanding balance must be paid not later than 14 days prior to the date of your event. If payment is not received at this time, WB reserves the right to cancel your booking, and no refund will be issued.

4.2 Where a tab bar has been agreed, full payment for the subsequent invoice must be made within 5 working days of receipt.

4.3 Where a minimum spend has been agreed and not met, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid within 5 working days of receipt.

4.5 WB accepts the following payments methods:

5. Liability

5.1 WB is fully licensed for the sale of alcohol.

5.2 Where a premises does not hold it’s own licence for the sale of alcohol, WB will apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TENs) on your behalf.

5.3 WB holds full public liability insurance, a copy of which is available on request.

6. Duty of Care

6.1 WB has a duty of care to its clients. Where alcohol is being sold, WB operates a challenge 25 policy, and will request age verification accordingly. If age cannot be verified, service will be refused. Where it is suspected that somebody is buying alcohol for persons under the age of 18, service will be refused. WB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom they believe has reached a level of intoxication which could cause harm to themselves or others.

6.2 WB has a duty of care to provide a safe working environment for its employees, and will not tolerate threatening or abusive language or behaviour towards them. Where WB employees are subjected to threatening or abusive language or behaviour, WB reserves the right to cease service, and no refund will be issued.
